Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to the bar / restaurant, the centre and airport and train. Very very helpful and fairly friendly staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Nice cozy and silent rooms with a really comfortable bed for venue guests. Outstanding and excellent food. Comfortable location close to the local railway station.

The king room was silent with a really comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was very central, near to the Brussels centre. It was a very good stay for a business trip or a short stay.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance of the parking lot. Access is not from the main road but from a sidestreet at about 250m distance of the hotel.

Since there were no hotels available in Brussels, I ended up in this hotel. Compared to some experiences I have had with hotels in Brussels I think I prefer this one for future visits. It is just perfectly located at some 200m from the Vilvoorde train station (very frequent trains to Brussels). The place is quiet, very friendly hotel staff, reasonable prices. Just perhaps a bit of a strange mix of hotel guests: people flying from the Zaventem airport, business and leisure.

Yes, we asked for a late check out (only 1hour) and were told that would cost 50euro. Therefore we left on time and arrived very early for our train.

The hotel was high-class and clean in a fairly quiet area. the room I booked was modern and had a double bed and a bath. - the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect as it was close to a railroad station.

Close to the airport for an early morning flight.

Two issues: i) the hotel advertises a restaurant that is not open on a Friday evening; ii) directions to the hotel on their own website are useless as there are major roadworks in the area. As the roadworks have clearly been there for some time, directions on their own website should relect this.

There was a free computer to use and the food was delicious. Very nice buffet breakfast included with room rate which was reasonable. They had a pool table for guest use. Very nice airport hotel.
